We are located on Alternate Rt. 170 just over 2 miles south of Levy, SC -
between Hardeeville and Bluffton, SC, and Savannah, GA.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DRIVING DIRECTIONS LINK BELOW IS FROM GOOGLE MAPS AND THEY DO NOT HAVE CORRECT INFORMATION YET.  CORRECT driving directions are as follows:

From Sun City:

Back Gate: Turn right on Hwy 170 towards Hwy 46. Merge right at the traffic circle onto Hwy 170 extension towards Hardeeville and Savannah, GA. Follow the “Alt 170” route towards Savannah. You will come to a caution light in Levy (look for the Pink Pig on the left); we are 2 miles past the caution light on the right. Look for the yellow mailbox and the yellow “Bluffton Home Builders” sign above our “Low Country Yacht Sales” sign.

Front gate: Go right on Hwy 278 toward Hilton Head Island (east). Merge right onto Hwy 170 (towards Beaufort). Turn right onto Hwy 170, go past the Back Gate and follow directions above.

From Hilton Head Island or Bluffton:
 
Take Hwy. 278-West all the way to Hwy. 170. Get off the exit ramp to the right, and take a left on Hwy. 170. You will pass the back gate to Sun City on your right, and merge right at the traffic circle onto Hwy 170 extension towards Hardeeville and Savannah, GA. Follow the “Alt 170” route towards Savannah. You will come to a caution light in Levy (look for the Pink Pig on the left); we are 2 miles past the caution light on the right. Look for the yellow mailbox and the yellow “Bluffton Home Builders” sign above our “Low Country Yacht Sales” sign.
 
From Ridgeland and Interstate 95:
 
Get off I-95 at Exit 8 (Hwy 278). Turn right (west) and you will run into a "T" intersection with Rt. 17. Turn left (South) and follow Rt. 17 into Hardeeville. At the first light, take a left towards Bluffton/Hilton Head Island/Sun City. At the stop sign, take a right towards Savannah Georgia. You will come to a caution light in Levy (look for the Pink Pig on the left); we are 2 miles past the caution light on the right. Look for the yellow mailbox and the yellow “Bluffton Home Builders” sign above our “Low Country Yacht Sales” sign.

From Beaufort:
 
Take Hwy 170 over the Broad River Bridge towards Bluffton. Merge right at the traffic circle onto Hwy 170 extension towards Hardeeville and Savannah, Ga. Follow the “Alt 170” route towards Savannah; you will come to a caution light in Levy (look for the Pink Pig on the left); we are 2 miles past the caution light on the right. Look for the yellow mailbox and the yellow “Bluffton Home Builders” sign above our “Low Country Yacht Sales” sign.
 
From Savannah, Georgia:
 
You can follow the I-95 directions above, or come over the Talmadge Bridge towards Hardeeville, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island. Take a right onto the Hwy 170 extension (at the sign for Beaufort, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island), and we are about a mile down on your left. Look for the yellow mailbox and the yellow “Bluffton Home Builders” sign above our “Low Country Yacht Sales” sign.
